Following a terrific 2018/19 campaign on loan with Spal, in which he made 28 appearances and scored two goals in all competitions, 23-year-old Kevin Bonifazi will be returning to the Granata. The Italian central defender had been loaned to Spal with a buy-option and Gli Estensi exercised this option. However, in favor of the Granata, there was a buy-back option on his contract as well.
