First called up by Germany for the World Cup in Qatar, in which he wore the number 9 shirt, Niclas Füllkrug is the starting striker of Werder Bremen. Born in Hannover in 1993, Niclas Füllkrug grew up in the youth teams of Werder, a club with whom he made his debut in professional football and where he returned after some experience in Germany between Greuther Fürth, Nuremberg and Hannover.

For 4 times in his career he finished with a double-digit goal tally: in 2015/16 he scored 16 goals with Nuremberg in the 2nd division of the Bundesliga; in 2017/18 he scored 14 goals in the Bundesliga with Hannover; with Werder, on the other hand, he scored 19 in the last season in the second division of the Bundesliga and in the current season he is already at 15 goals.
Torino has been following him for a long time and is very interested. The granata management will study the option of trying to bring the German striker to Italy ahead of next season.
