The coming days will be decisive for the future of Standard Liegi's right wing-back Mërgim Vojvoda. The 25-year-old is in fact a target for two Serie A clubs: Atalanta and Torino.
The Granata have stepped up their interest on Sunday in order to sign the player, that could be the replacement for Lorenzo De Silvestri on the right side of the team's defence. The player has already said 'yes' to a move to Torino, however there's still a marginal gap - around €500k - between Standard's demand and Torino's offer.
However Atalanta are not ready to give up on their hopes to sign the player just yet as the two clubs will hold discussions in the coming hours, with La Dea determined to increase their offer in order to jump ahead of Torino in the race to secure the signature of Vojvoda.
