Tianjin Quanjian complete move for Cologne striker Anthony Modeste

Anthony Modeste is moving from FC Köln to Tianjin Quanjian. The French striker will move to China to the team coached by Fabio Cannavaro. It was earlier reported that a deal fell apart due to taxation issues. But the deal has now gone ahead for €35m and Modeste will move to the Chinese Super League. Tianjin are still targeting Dortmund striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang but have only until Friday, when the Chinese transfer window closes, to complete a deal. Milan are waiting to begin negotiations if Aubameyang remains on the market after the deadline in China.
