Spinazzola-Politano swap: deal reached between Inter and Roma

The Spinazzola-Politano swap is progressing. There is an agreement between the two clubs and they are now working on the budgetary aspects of the deal. The swap will be permanent transfers, but it is not yet known whether it will be permanent starting from January or June (a deal for a loan fee plus an obligation to buy). Inter already has a deal with Spinazzola for his contract and the only piece that is missing is a deal between Politano and Roma for the player's contract. There is progress for a potential transfer that started not long ago.
