The transfer window maybe closed, but Spezia are looking for ways to improve Thiago Motta's squad on the free agent market. The club are in fact on verge of signing Aurelien Nguiamba, a defensive midfielder.
The French player is currently taking his medical, last season he played for Nancy, where he appeared in 21 matches in Ligue 2.
In addition, Spezia are looking for a reinforcement at keeper position since Zoet hasn't fully convinced them. The club is evaluating former Roma keeper Antonio Mirante and Manchester United keeper Sergio Romero, who are both free agents.
