It is time for reflection at Spal after their 5-1 loss to Lazio today, as manager Leonardo Semplici is at risk of losing his job. In the last few weeks, an enquiry was sent to Gigi Di Biagio as a potential replacment and he could be one of the names if Spal decides to sack Semplici. The Ferrara club has to figure out what to do: keep Semplici or replace him.
