Spal, director Vagnati arrives at Casa Milan for Ely, Vangioni and Locatelli

After a historic promotion to Serie A, Spal are looking to bolster their squad. Today the club's sporting director Davide Vagnati arrived at Casa Milan to discuss defenders Ely and Vangioni as well as midfielder Locatelli. Next season Spal could have quite a few rossoneri on their squad.
