Southampton makes official offer to Lazio for Hoedt

Southampton have shown interest for Lazio's defender Wesley Hoedt by making a €17m offer to the Italian team yesterday night. Lotito's club hasn't accepted yet but this offer meets Lazio's expectations from the transfer window's start.
