Sevilla midfielder Franco Vazquez, interviewed by Tuttosport, talked about his former teammate Paulo Dybala and had some suggestions for Juve and their upcoming Champions League match against Barcelona: “Paulo is a good friend of mine, I’d like to play with him again but it’s very unlikely. He can become a club’s icon at Juve, he feels loved and that’s important to him. We also spoke about the game versus Barcelona, he sounded excited. Barcelona are playing in a more balanced 4-4-2 since Neymar left, they are more compact in defence. Their football style is a bit more Italian, in a sense”.
“Returning to Serie A? – continues Vazquez – Never say never, but I’m happy at Sevilla. It is a great club and we are in the Champions League”. The Argentinian of Italian descent also commented on his teammate Steven N’Zonzi, who is rumored to be a Bianconeri transfer target: “Steven is a strong midfielder but he can play the ball too. He never asked me about Serie A, he always wanted to stay here at Sevilla”.
