After the end of his vacations after being involved in Euro 2016 with Italy, Immobile will be flying out of Rome directed to Sevilla. The former Genoa and Torino striker, whom Lazio is very interested in, will travel to Spain to meet with his agent. There’s a meeting scheduled with his owner club in the next few hours: Immobile and his entourage will try to understand what Sevilla wants to do and they will present the Spaniards Lazio’s offer.
Sevilla could lose another important piece of their strike force, Gameiro is close to an Atletico Madrid move. This could slow down Immobile’s return to Italy as Sevilla could be losing two strikers in the span of a few days. While the Italian waits to find out his future he will be available to Sampaoli on Saturday when the team leaves for their retreat in Germany. Negotiations with Lazio continue, Immobile waits for Sevilla’s answer so he can find out what his next club will be.
