Sevilla considering Milanetto to become club's sporting director: the latest

Sevilla's new sporting director could be Omar Milanetto. The Italian is near the top of the list for the role, among other names such as former Monaco sporting director Antonio Cordón, who is currently an executive with Jiang, the owner of Granada, but it is Milanetto who is gaining consensus within Sevilla's board as the replacement for the departing Oscar Arias. The board will meet this week to make the decision. Monchi, the former Sevilla director recently tried to bring Milanetto to Roma as a scout for the giallorossi.
