A match filled with goals at the Mapei stadium started the slate of Serie A matches on Sunday. Following his team's 3-4 loss to Inter, Sassuolo manager Roberto De Zerbi spoke to Sky Sport:"The 4-1 result was unfair, while it was 1-1 we had a goal annulled and had other scoring chances. Then we gave up an avoidable goal, but in the last twenty minutes we continued to play well. We deserved to tie the game if we had more confidence"
De Zerbi went on:"We have individual talent, a lot of new players, but we need to understand that aside from technical ability, you need to have character. If we understand this, we can have a role as protagonists. We have potential, the team always plays with courage and respect of the opponents".
