Sassuolo are getting ready to face Inter tomorrow in a match featuring two of the top five teams in the current Serie A standings. Manager Roberto De Zerbi discussed his team's preparation in the pre game press conference:"It will be a fascinating match, Inter are a great team while Sassuolo is a small side who is trying to create space. The hierarchy has not been flipped over, but we now we are there with merit. We'll play with courage, we need to be ambitious. When I say I won't sign for fourth placed, it's not because I don't want it, but because you can't set it as an objective and stop"
De Zerbi drew inspiration from a recent event to motivate his team, Diego Armando Maradona's death:"It's a sad moment for those of my generation, I was privileged to have lived at that time, yesterday I spoke about to my players for twenty minutes, Diego made a difference at the human level, he made people emotional about football, he made himself accountable and he was at war with FIFA, every time he exposed himself, he was right. He represented the population, the weakest, he was the only athlete who brought in the social life"
