Sampdoria set to sign Sau after sale of Kownacki to Fortuna Düsseldorf

Sampdoria striker Kownacki is set to see his wish to play in the Bundesliga granted, as he is heading to Fortuna Düsseldorf. The Pole is already on his way to Düsseldorf to undergo the medicals with his new club. The Blucerchiati have already found a replacement for Kownacki, closing a deal with Cagliari for Marco Sau. Both strikers, Kownacki and Sau, will join their new club on loan with an option to buy.
