After three seasons in the Premier League, Pedro Obiang could be returning to Serie A. In fact Sampdoria have made their first formal offer to West Ham for the Spanish midfielder, €9 million including bonuses. Should the Hammers accept, Obiang would sign a five year club with his former club.
