Sampdoria insisting for Sao Paulo's Junior Tavares

Now that Lucas Torreira's move to Arsenal is official, Sampdoria are thinking about potential arrivals. They are insisting for Júnior Tavares, born in 96' left winger from São Paolo. The fact he hasn't an European passport is the only problem. Sampdoria will then have to think what's the best solution between acquiring him immediately and having Júnior Tavaresoccupying their spot or trying to address other positions needs with that spot.
