Sampdoria is looking to the transfer market to try to make improvements to their squad, and to that end talks have been opened for French left back Sanasi Sy from Ligue 2 Amiens. There are contacts underway to land the 1999-born Sy, who would arrive as the backup to Augello currently, but also a player to depend on for the future. Sy is the target for Sampdoria as they look to make changes in the January window.
