Sampdoria-Arsenal, agreement reached for Torreira: the latest

After establishing himself in Serie A, Lucas Torreira will very likely take his talents to the Premier League. Arsenal have in fact reached an agreement with Sampdoria on a transfer fee of €30 million, Emery’s club was willing to pay slightly more than Torreira’s exit clause in exchange of spreading out the payments over multiple years rather than paying in a single installment.
