Despite Crotone getting relegated, Nwankwo Simy will stay in Serie A. In fact, Salernitana are on the verge of closing the deal for the striker born in 1992.
Salernitana are expected to acquire Simy on a permanent basis for €6 million including bonuses.
Simy appeared in 159 matches at Crotone while scoring 66 goals since joining them in 2016 from Gil Vicente, making him the player with most goals in club history.
