Roma relentlessly continues their search for an offensive winger. The names on which the club is currently working on are those of Chelsea player Musonda, West Ham winger Feghouli, Everton’s Deulofeu, but also Jesè from PSG. Two new names can now be added to the list: Muriel and Defrel. Both of whom have been targets for Roma in the past, and are currently gaining interest once again.
For Defrel, Roma will try and convince Sassuolo by offering a loan with obligation to buy. This appears to be the likeliest of options, especially considering Berardi’s return in Di Francesco’s side (Although Sassuolo would still like to avoid big sales in January). As for Muriel, the Colombian striker has a clause in his contract, making his transfer a very difficult one to complete.
