Edin Dzeko's future is up for discussion. Inter are interested in signing him, however, Roma has no intention of lowering their demands (20 million) because Higuain still hasn't given the opening to join the giallorossi and also because new manager Fonseca is happy with the Bosnian's work so far.
The coach has also spoke to the club about a possible contract renewal. If the player doesn't want to sign one (and wants to go to Inter on a free transfer) Roma could also decide to hold him until the end of his contract. Fonseca considers him an important player, seeing how he trains and at this point there is no suitable replacement available on the market ready to accept Roma. In addition, Inter's offer has not yet reached the request of Roma.
Either Inter will have to raise their offer or his path to the nerazzurri will get tougher.
