Czech striker Patrik Schick is set to leave Roma and Serie A and remain in the Bundesliga, where he played last season on loan from the Giallorossi. The former Sampdoria forward, after playing with Czech Republic in the Nations League games, is currently undergoing a medical at Bayer Leverkusen.
The German club has chosen Schick as replacement for Kevin Volland, who joined Monaco, and to get him they will pay €27 million to Roma plus a percentage on a future sale.
