Sampdoria and Roma reached an agreement in principle for Gregoire Defrel on the basis of a loan with forced option to buy. A meeting with the player’s agent is expected to take place in the coming days to conclude the negotiation. Defrel previously played on loan at Sampdoria, he’ll now be part of Eusebio Di Francesco’s squad.
