Roma and Napoli are set to complete a swap involving two significant players. With Raul Albiol heading to Villarreal, the partenopei have been looking for a new partner for Kalidou Koulibaly, and now Kostas Manolas will earn €4.5 million net a season to join Ancelotti’s squad. Roma will receive Amadou Diawara part of the deal to bolster Fonseca’s midfield.
Roma will receive €34 million for Manolas with the Greek defender receiving €2 million from his exit clause, the giallorossi will record a capital gain of €30 million. As part of the deal Diawara was valued at €18 million with a bonus of €2 million tied to bonuses.
