Radja Nainggolan is someone who knows how to get back up from a defeat, so the loss against Juventus is surely not going to stop the Belgian Midfielder. He spoke to Sky Sport during Roma’s Christmas dinner about the clubs current situation and his potential future:
“We need to remain convinced of all the work we have done so far. Our goal is to keep that second place during the winter holidays. Getting knocked out of the Champions League hurt. That was our first target, and we failed to reach it. We now have to concentrate on the Europa League”.
The Roma midfielder also spoke about what Szczesny had to say in the post-game against Juventus: “After a game everyone always says the first thing that pops to mind. We failed, but we remain united and know what to do. My position? Ever since I started, I play wherever I’m told. I always give it my all for the jersey I play and I’m happy. Will I leave? There were some contacts with other clubs but nothing more. We’re working through some deals we already had”.
