After arriving at Roma in the final hours of the transfer market, Henrikh Mkhitaryan has adapted well with his new team. His growth has been slowed down by an injury to his left leg, but spoke on his experiences so far with FourFourTwo.
"Roma is fantastic, both the city and club. The impact was great also with the people. I was not happy at Arsenal, and when my agent spoke to me about this opportunity, I quickly said yes."
"Unfortunately, I am hurt with an injury. I am concentrated on recovering the fastest way possible and in the meantime I am learning Italian. I know my qualities and I can still give a lot. Arsenal and Emery didn't believe in my anymore and now I'm happy to be at Roma. Zaniolo? He has great talent. Already last season he worked well, but must still do more. I think he can become one of the best players in the world."
On his future: "The loan is for one year, but anything is possible. We'll see what to do at the end of the year."
