Roma continue to deal with numerous injuries as they get ready to host Milan on Sunday at the Olimpico. Manager Paulo Fonseca will have to use center back Gianluca Mancini in midfield, while Diego Perotti is expected to start although he doesn't have 90 minutes in his legs. Dzeko isn't 100% after surgery yo his cheekbone but will start, with Kluivert suspended, Florenzi will play on a more advanced role
