Ricky Massara, current sporting director at AS Roma, took a flight to London yesterday and managed to watch Tottenham-Chelsea. The purpose of the trip wasn’t specifically for the game, but for several targets to follow. Roma are currently looking for an offensive winger, and this trip intends to help end this search. First order of business is understanding whether or not Chelsea is willing to let go of Musonda, who is a very desired target for Roma. However the young Belgian is not the only name on the agenda: Everton player Deulofeu is also being monitored (Milan is also after the Spaniard). However, Everton are yet to give the green light on a loan with option to buy.
Speaking of Everton, the English side is interested in Manolas. The English side has attempted to approach the players entourage, but no offer has yet been made to Roma. The Italian side considers the Greek center back a pivotal player for the present and future of the club.
