Justin Kluivert was signed by Roma from Ajax for a fixed fee of 17.25 million euros, plus a maximum bonus of 1.5 million. Up until now, he has played 64 minutes for the giallorossi in two appearances, and has one assist. It was an important one, as he assisted Edin Dzeko to help beat Torino. He spoke during training with the Netherlands: "I want to become a starter, I left for that. Certainly, my moment hasn't arrived yet, but I have played minutes and for now I am happy. I am satisfied even with the training, on the field it is going as I expected."
