Roma and Inter's negotiations are currently in stand-by for the swap between Politano and Spinazzola. The deal was blocked yesterday evening but there should have been new medical visits for the former Juve fullback. This morning, though, Spinazzola did not complete his physical tests and now the two clubs are in contact to continue and try to find a solution for the deal that only 24 hours ago seemed certain.
Roma, notwithstanding the problems for Spinazzola, will not go back on the agreement made with Inter in the past hours: a swap at definitive title or, at maximum, loan with the right to buy. If the basis of the deal change, it's unlikely that the deal gets done.
