Roma in advanced talks with Porto defender Ivan Marcano: the details

After securing a Champions League spot, Roma are getting ready for next season starting from a reinforcement in defence. Giallorossi sporting director Monchi is in fact in advanced talks with Spanish defender Ivan Marcano from Porto. Marcano, born in 1987, will be out of his contract at the end of the season and his agents have met multiple times with Roma's representatives and Di Francesco's club is quite optimistic about a positive conclusion to the deal, despite the interest from other clubs. Marcano could be the second reinforcement for Roma, after securing the young Croatian Ante Coric.
