Roma is looking to maneuver in the start of the January window, and the club has one deal that is close to being completed: the move of Iturbe to Torino. It's all but certain that Iturbe will join the granata, and tomorrow he could be in Turin. In incoming players, Roma continues to look at Jesè Rodriguez, '93-born forward from PSG. Mario Giunta of Sky has reported that the negotiations are heating up to bring in Jesè to replace Iturbe and solidify the position during Salah's absence for the Africa Cup of Nations. There is also movement around the Doumbia situation, who currently is on loan at FC Basel. The player has received a significant offer from China, but Roma wishes to leave him at the Swiss club until June before letting him leave for Asia. Pallotta and Baldissoni are set to meet shortly in Miami where they will discuss the budget for transfers, as well as club business: a new commercial director could join the director's rank.
