Following the last minute win against Bologna on Sunday, Roma are getting ready to face Atalanta in the first mid week match day of the season. Manager Paulo Fonseca introduced the showdown during the pre game press conference:”A very tough match await us, a team that battles and with great individual players. Roma is improving but I try to always be balanced. The past is behind us, the next match is what matters. We need to stay humble and keep our feet on the ground. It’s certainly too soon to be euphoric. These are simply three wins”
Fonseca discussed some of his individual players:”Dzeko and Kolarov are obviously two fundamental players for our team. I would like to rest them but it’s possible. Tomorrow I’ll make some changes, but there isn’t a player above others. Tomorrow Smalling will play”
