Roma coach Paulo Fonseca spoke after his team's defeat to Milan, 2-1. Afterwards, the coach recapped the match in his post-match interview with Sky Sport: "We started off very poorly, especially the sitiations where Milan created things from our turnovers. We made mistakes in the first 20 minutes and against a team like Milan it's difficult to recover. I think that after we regained parity in the match we created good chances in our style of play. Rebic's goal was well deserved after he turned but it was our mistake first. We have repeatedly made mistakes against our big rivals. All game against Milan we allowed them to counter us quickly after our givaways in the buildup."
