New Roma manager Paulo Fonseca spoke on transfer rumors surrounding Dzeko and other market needs after the giallorossi defeated Perugia 3-1.
"Dzeko? He's our player, I can say that he worked very well. I haven't seen a single moment where there wasn't soul and body working with us."
"I am obviously not completely satisfied with the beginning of the season. There are things that can improve. In the first half, we improved a lot in the pressing phase. In the second half I asked for a team more in line that knew how to manage the rhythm. It's clear that after just three weeks there are many things to work on. A lot of things are missing. I would like to stay here and talk a lot on what there is to do. I'll limit myself to saying that I liked what the squad did in the second half. In this moment, we're missing a central defender. Regarding the attackers, we have Dzeko and Schick, therefore the defense is the priority."
