Alessandro Florenzi's future won't be in Rome, as the Giallorossi captain is set to join Valencia on a six-month loan without any option to buy. The 28-year-old defender wants to get some more playing time in order to be in the squad for the Euros, hence his decision to leave Roma.
The player's agent, Alessandro Lucci, met with sporting director Petrachi on Tuesday and managed to find a solution that could be satisfactory for all the parties involved. In the coming hours the final details of the deal will be resolved and Florenzi will start a new chapter of his career in Spain.
