It was all complete. Malcom was supposed to land in Rome this evening at 11pm local time, where fans are ready to greet him, however, there now seems to be an issue.
The deal between Roma and Bordeaux was for 32 million fixed plus 4 million in bonuses, and both clubs officially announced the agreement.
Despite all of this, Bordeaux has not given the player authorization to depart for Rome due to the insertion of Barcelona. At the moment, Malcom will not board the airplane that was meant to take him to Ciampino Airport this evening (with the medical visits already scheduled for tomorrow morning).
Roma is now trying to make sure the agreement is honored and Monchi is working to overcome this issue, but Malcom will not arrive in Italy's capital this evening.
