After a season in which he passed De Sanctis in the hierarchy on his way to 34 starts, Wojciech Szczesny is returning to Roma. The Polish keeper rejoins the giallorossi on a straight loan from Arsenal, the Italian club will pay all of his wages. Szczesny arrived at Fiumicino airport in Italy's capital earlier today, he will now compete with Alisson for the starting job.
