From the summer to the fall, the seasons have changed but Gareth Bale's situation with Real Madrid and Zidane has not. Prior to his team's match against Leganes, Zizou spoke on rumors surrounding Bale's future with the team.
"A lot of things are being said, but we have a great relationship with him, he's one that trains and works hard. When's he's healthy, he's a player that everyone knows but if he's not available I cannot call him up. The trip to London? He left with the club's permission for personal reasons. He went because he cannot be called up, but he's never spoken about leaving."
On Bale's exclusion against Brugge: "I don't think he got mad for being excluded. Neither he nor James were available, nothing otherwise. Anyone can think or write what they want, but they weren't available. Bale will return today."
On a possible sale in January: "There will not be offers for him, I don't believe. Bale is a Real Madrid player, we'll talk about it again in January or June if need be. I count on him, when he can play we will all be happy with him."
