Reading interested in Sampdoria's Rafael: the situation

Rafael has suitors in England. The Brazilian goalkeeper would like to play more and has asked to Sampdoria to resolve his contract. He's only played four games last season, two in Serie A and two in Coppa Italia. There's actually an offer ready for him from Reading, a Championship team (second division in England), coached by José Manuel Gomes.
