Umar Sadiq appears close to a move to Rangers in the Scottish Premier League. The forward spent the last six months on loan in the Eredivisie with NAC Breda. As reported by Mario Giunta, the negotiations are in the final stages and the deal sending Sadiq to the club coached by Steven Gerrard is nearly complete.
