Milan coach Vincenzo Montella confirmed ahead of the team's match with Pescara that Carlos Bacca will be his starting attacker. That leaves Gianluca Lapadula, the 27-year old striker who scored 30 goals a season ago and was responsible for bringing Pescara to promotion to Serie A. The return of Lapadula to face his former club will only likely happen as a substitute.
