Valentin Mihaila has arrived in Parma. The class of '00 player, acquired from Universitatea Craiova, arrived today in the city as his transfer to the gialloblù becomes official.
The left winger, considered one of the best young Romanian players, will join Parma on a deal worth between 7-8 million euro. He already plays for the U21 squad and has appeared 70 times as a professional, scoring 10 goals.
