Roma's president James Pallotta arrived in Rome and showed up at his team's training ground Trigora at 8:00 this morning. Pallotta greeted the team and met January's new arrivals. Then, a lunch with Baldissoni, and a meeting to discuss the stadium question. Walter Sabatini was missed due to a fever. But there was time to talk over Francesco Totti, of course. Riccardo Totti, the attorney of Francesco was also there today. But Pallotta received understanding that the club captian intends to continue playing, rather than hang it up at the end of the season. So, Pallotta seems disposed to make Totti happy, to offer him a new contract for next season. The club is preparing the offer to Totti, where it'll be up to Totti to decide whether the deal works, and whether the desire to stay at Roma remains within him. The club's offer to keep Totti for one more season will soon arrive.
