A new era is set to begin at Torino with Marco Giampaolo taking over. Sporting director Vagnati is expected to also make numerous changes to the squad after a disappointing season. Some of the veteran granata players are also looking for new new motivations, including keeper Salvatore Sirigu who sat out the last two matches of the season.
The Italian international is highly rated on the transfer market including by Napoli. Sirigu could in fact be swapped with Alex Meret on a loan deal, which would allow the former Udinese keeper to re establish himself before returning to Napoli, there's also a connection with Vagnati who worked with him at SPAL.
