According to Manuele Baiocchini of Sky Sports, Napoli are ready to make a 5th attempt: 55 million euros plus 2 extra million euros in bonuses.The offer hasn't been sent yet but they will be sending it to Inter tomorrow. Napoli are hoping that Inter will budge as they really are hoping to get Icardi.
