Napoli set to make bid for Santiago Arias: the details

After being linked to Juventus and Inter, PSV's right-back Santiago Arias has been eyed by another Italian club: Napoli. With the deal for RB Salzsburg' Lainer stalling, Napoli are looking around for other options and they seem set to make an inital €15 million bid to the Dutch club for the Colombian, born in 1992. PSV, however, won't be easily persuaded by the partenopei's first offer, as they have already set their asking price at €20 million.
