Despite Juventus advancing to the final of the Italian Cup, Napoli still made some good impressions. Sarri’s team proved once again their ability to play the best football in Italy, however sometimes that is just not enough. Juve had that little bit more quality, and Pepe Reina knows it as well. Here is what he had to say to Rai Sport:
“We played a great match, but Juventus is a step ahead of us. We need to try and close the gap. Higuain? I’m not interested in what he did, if you want to know the meaning, ask him. It’s time for less talking, we need to focus on the final stage of the season and reach the second place in the standings. Doing so would allow us to spend a calm summer, knowing we would be guaranteed Champions League football”.
