Napoli has made a new offer to Roma for fullback Mario Rui, the increased bid comes in at €8m+2m bonus, (up from €7.5m). Roma's ask for Rui is €11m, so with the figures only €1m apart, the sides appear closer to making a deal. The beginning of next week should see new developments towards the closing of the deal, which would send Mario Rui from Roma to play for Maurizio Sarri at Napoli next season.
